The Graye House is a family run guest house offering comfortable full facilities, warm welcome in quite, relaxed surroundings. Accommodation is within a modern town house, which overlooks the Old Malden conservation area centred around it’s village green with pond and pub, parts of which dates back to 15th century.
The river Thames, Hampton Court and Wisley Gardens, Wimbledon Tennis, Twickenham Rugby, horse racing at Epsom, Sandown and Kempton are just a few of the famous attractions you can visit.

Rooms are light and airy with either en-suite or private bathrooms, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A choice of breakfasts are served, from Full English cooked breakfast or Continental style, for those watching their diet.
We have one twin room and one double room available, both of which are situated on the ground floor. Both rooms are ensuite, comfortable and quiet.

Directions
By car , directions for M25 and A3 are:
Take junction 10 from M25, which is A3.
Follow A3 north towards London for about 10 miles. Turn off A3 at Malden Juction. This is signposted A2043 for New Malden and Worcester Park
Directions within Worcester Park area: Upon leaving A3, you will approach a large roundabout above A3. At roundabout turn right, then follow road for Worcester Park. After about half a mile, road bares to left under a railway bridge
After which there are some shops on left. On right there is a village green and large pub called 'The Plough'. After the pub, take first road on right, which is 'Fullbrooks Avenue'. Take first road on right, which is 'The Glebe'. Go to end of 'The Glebe' where road opens into a cul-de-sac with a green in the middle.
We are last house on the right, which is number 24.
By train, we are within 10 minutes walk of Worcester Park and Malden Manor train stations. Also, New Malden station is only 5 minutes away by bus.
