A warm welcome awaits you at our friendly guest house accommodation in the Scottish Borders.
We regularly share our home with walkers, tourists, cyclists, golfers and fishermen.
Come and join us soon in Ancrum near Jedburgh and enjoy the life, the history and the hospitality of a traditional Scottish village. We are open all year.
If you're walking the long and beautiful St Cuthbert's Way, why not stay with us for 2 or more nights for your convenience, comfort (no expensive bag transfers nor the nuisance of decamping after one night) and with collection and dropping off as required.

What could be a nicer start to the day than enjoying a traditional breakfast whilst taking in the beautiful view? If you have a busy day planned and want an earlier start, then just let us know. We also cater for specialist diets too - just give us a call to discuss your requirements.
If you're off on a walking expedition, or just fancy a nice picnic somewhere, we can provide you with a fresh packed lunch. We can also provide information and advice on local activities, history and culture.
There's lots to do and see in the Scottish Borders, but if you do happen to be back early or just want to take a little time out to relax, then please make use of our luxurious television lounge. Or why not make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and sit out on our large open patio.
