Abbotsview is a non-smoking, family-run B & B in a quiet residential area of St Andrews. Situated on the east side of town, we are just a five minute walk from the East Sands beach and harbour area and are within easy reach of the town centre and various golf courses.

Our bedrooms (both en suite) are bright, comfortable and modern and have TV, radio alarm, hairdryer and hospitality tray. They are situated upstairs in a newly added extension to our home.

Directions
From south, cross the Forth Road Bridge and proceed north along M90 to junction 2A. Follow the A92 until just before Cupar, then join the A91 to St Andrews. Alternatively, take the M90 to junction 8, then the A91 to St Andrews.Follow signs for Crail / Anstruther until almost leaving St. Andrews. At the fork near the leisure centre, take middle road signposted 'The Grange & Lathockar.' Take the first right on Grange Road (this is Kinkell Terrace) and Abbotsview is the second house on right, excluding the corner house.
