The "modern" Prested Hall is Grade 2 listed, 15th C in origins (but is listed in the Domesday Book).
It has 10 delightful bedrooms, all en suite, many overlooking parkland and gardens.
We have a large marquee for summer weddings and cater for all types of functions all year round.
Get married here, or celebrate your wedding anniversary. Our Eevents Co-ordinators will look after you and make sure your special day is indeed exactly that.

Although we gladly cater for guests (and of course for large parties) we do not have a generally open-to-all restaurant. Guests do well to book meals in advance, though we'll always do our best if the request is last-minute!
In the grounds we have converted a former chapel to a treatment centre, and an usually offer, given some notice, among other things, aromatherapy, reiki, etc.

On the grounds we have a 20mx12m pool with steam and sauna, 3 Astro lawn tennis courts, and a well equipped fitness centre. We also have a studio for classes, anything from aerobics and yoga to Life Drawing.
Our "real tennis" professionals will gladly give you a free introductory lesson

Directions
We are just off the A12 between Colchester and Chelmsford.
Coming from the north, we are on the south-bound slip-road existing towards Feering and Kelvedon.
From the south, exit the A12 into Kelvedon, procede through the village, which becomes Feering over the river bridge, continue through Feering until it ends and Prested Hall is sign-posted to the right.
