The Old Pheasant is a pub restaurant with comfortable, individual rooms. We opened in August 2004 following extensive refurbishment, and aim to continue improving. The relaxed atmosphere is something which elicits favourable comments and entices people back.

Our food already earns rave reviews with our emphasis on fresh, seasonal and local produce. The menu is carefully structured and is complimented by an extensive and select wine list. The Gun Room restaurant provides a condusive environment in which to enjoy both.

Bedrooms are all individually decorated, and are ideally located to visit local attractions such as Rutland Water, Burghley House, Stamford and Oakham.
The bar is a focal point from which to plan the activities for your stay.
