This is an the perfect location if you enjoy the countryside with many footpaths and nature reserves to explore, famous for their orchids. There are numerous castles, wild life parks, national trust properties, beautiful gardens, small coastal towns and a good choice of pubs offering excellent food in the local villages . London by train is just one hour from Ashford.

Directions
From the M20 take Junction 11 B2068 to Canterbury, after approximately 6 miles pass Jet Garage on right. The George Pub is on left, take second turn left marked Elmsted Hastingleigh Wye.
Follow road for approximately 1.5 miles, take left hand turn, Elmsted sign in centre of road, follow lane until Elmsted Church. Elmsted Court is on the T Junction.
