Our accommodation comprises of 12 en-suite bedrooms with all modern amenities set around an attractive courtyard garden which was originally the Farmyard, and where we now serve our residents complimentary afternoon tea on arrival in the Summer.

We operate the hotel on a licensed Bed and Breakfast basis with a Guest Information Folder in each bedroom with details and menus of many Country Inns and Restaurants in this area between Chichester, Midhurst and Charlton. The nearest being our local Inn just two minute's walk away.
As West Sussex is within easy driving distance from London and Surrey, this area of outstanding natural beauty offers activities all year round with excellent Golf Courses at Goodwood and Cowdray, horse riding on The South Downs, a visit to the West Sussex coastline and also to Portsmouth in Hampshire to visit its Historic Dockyards and Naval Base. The Chichester Festival Theatre offers a very varied all year round programme with many shows having their pre-London run there.
