We have comfortable bedrooms, a light airy dining room, a ground floor guest lounge with access to the patio and garden and private parking for guests' cars on our own forecourt.
Two of our bedrooms have en-suite facilities and panoramic views over looking the sea.

The surrounding countryside has many picturesque villages and, of course, the well known South Downs is on our doorstep (for keen walkers!)
We are a comfortable 20 minute walk from the town centre, alternatively buses run several times every hour with a bus stop very close to Pebble Beach.
Buses run to Brighton (and beyond) to the east, and Chichester / Portsmouth to the west.
Worthing has a mainline train station with regular services to London and the rest of the country.

Worthing has one of the best shopping centres in West Sussex as well as many sports facilities, childrens amusements, fishing, go karting, sailing and of course swimming in the sea (or indoor pool).
There are also cinemas showing the latest films on the circuit, plus theatres with excellent concerts, plays and shows suitable for all ages.
