"We offer comfortable, clean & friendly, 3 Diamond, Bed & Breakfast accomodation. We have 2 single rooms, 6 doubles, 3 twins & 2 family. All rooms have en-suite facilities, tea & coffee, colour TV and central heating. The majority of our letting rooms have stunning sea-views.

Room 5 is our luxury sea view family room on the 1st floor. With young families in mind, we have even supplied a kitchenette, which comes complete with microwave, fridge, glasses, cutlery & crockery. In addition, we have provided a large dining table & chairs, situated in the bay view window with its stunning sea views. The bathroom has a half-bath with shower, ideal for bathing your little ones. A DVD player is also provided. This room is let out at a room rate, rather than a per person rate, making it an economically sound choice for families.

Directions
We are extremely easy to find:
From The Railway Station:
Head diagonally to your left upon exiting the station, where you will find the Jubilee clock on the seafront. Follow the Esplanade (right) towards the ferry terminal, passing King George III’s statue. About 200 yards along, right after Marks & Spencer, you will find the Victoria Hotel.
From The Ferry Terminal:
Simply follow the seafront for about 500 yards and you will find us just before Marks & Spencer, on the left.
