The Parkwood occupies one of the best locations for a good-value hotel in London - near Oxford Street and Marble Arch on a fairly quiet street, just 50 yards from Hyde Park, in a section of London known as Connaught Village. The well maintained but simple bedrooms have TVs, hot beverage facilities and radios. The hotel prides itself on an excellent breakfast, in fact, the menu states that if you're still hungry, you can have another meal - for free. “Frommers”
