The hotel is situated just off the A3022, midway between Brixham and Paignton and adjacent to the Churston Steam Railway Station. This is a quiet, semi-rural base, ideal for touring the area and for enjoying the coastal walks that take in some of Devon’s very best scenery. Close-by there is a choice of safe sandy beaches as well as easy access to the principal attractions of Brixham, Paignton & Torquay. The White Horse Hotel was built in the mid 19th Century by Lord Churston. Subsequent owners appear to have been offering accommodation to paying guests for over 100 years. We offer a range of double, twin and single rooms and a family suite. All bedrooms are en-suite, centrally heated and have remote control TV's with DVD players, hairdryers, tea/coffe making facilities and many more personal touches. At The White Horse Hotel we are open all year round. Our lounge bar is open all day and bar menu is available until 9pm. As well as having a variety of popular spirits, ales and wines in the bar, we also serve a selection of non alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc). We have a large 150 meter secluded garden that is laid to lawn with a patio area and beautifully landscaped throughout. There is car park for 10 cars including trailors plus free adjacent car parking.
