Karen and Dave welcome you to their Grade II listed Victorian Guest House. The emphasis within is to ensure an excellent quality of service and for all of our guests to have an enjoyable stay with us. The Caledonia is ideally suited to enjoy comfort in a convenient location from which to enjoy Plymouth's environment. Just park the car and stroll around the ever changing City and sea front. All rooms have colour T.V.,tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities plus biscuits. Hair dryers and towels are available in all rooms. A baby's cot and high chair are available on request plus an iron and ironing board. Ground floor en-suite room available. This room is easily accessible from main entrance. Private parking.

Directions Follow the signs to Plymouth Pavilions/Continental Ferryport and once in Notte Street, turn immediate left at the Walrus public house and we are 50 metres on the left hand side. Due to the amount of building work in Plymouth at the moment the above is subject to change.
