Directions
From M5 J26 (3 miles)
Turn towards Wellington.
Half a mile to a roundabout, turn left onto the A38 signed Exeter.
Follow A38 for 2½ miles until another roundabout.
Go left, still on A38 but indicate right immediately.
Only 50yds after this roundabout, turn right into our narrow lane.
We're the big white house 250yds down on the left.
Park anywhere in the courtyard.
From M5 J27 (6 miles)
Turn onto A38 signed Wellington.
Follow A38 for 5½ miles and you will pass the Beam Bridge Hotel on your right.
Just under a mile after this, you will approach a roundabout (called Perry Elm).
Only 50yds before this roundabout, turn left into our narrow lane (by the roundabout's road sign).
We're the big white house 250yds down on the left.
Park anywhere in the courtyard.
