Picture Arundel Hotel in Blackpool, Lancashire, North England The Arundel was built during the Victorian era and boasts a collection of historical prints and photographs of Blackpool dating from 1780 through to the present day, including one of The Foudroyant, Nelson's Flagship, shipwrecked off North Pier in 1890.
Although the modern conveniences of Internet Access and a Holistic Salon have been added, the hosts have preserved the tradition of old fashioned northern hospitality, with fresh, home cooked food.

Travel along the M6 to Jct 32, then follow M55,till the end (You need to head for attractions and car parks)
When you reach the end of the motorway keep in outside lane and you will come to a roundabout.
At roundabout (This has a silver coloured Sculpture with children playing on helter skelter) Head straight across and take directions "Attractions and Car Parks".
Follow this road for about 2 miles.Past garage and straight on at first mini roundabout. At 2nd mini roundabout take a right as there is a diversion in operation (as thisis the building the new gate way into blackpool.)
At a 3rd mini roundabout turn left and get in right hand lane.
At this set of traffic lights turn right, and follow the road until you get to another set of lights and the Waterloo pub is on the left hand side, get in the left hand lane and turn left.
Follow this Rd through another set of lights a( Fylde Floors on the right) and continue to another set of lights after passing Esso gaurage and the Bolwing building on the left.
Trough another set of lights to a mini roundabout where you continue along the road passing the George Pub, continue to another set of lights with the King George VII) pub infront on the left, continue ahead till you pass a large car park and entrance to car park on the left. when you pass the entrance to the car park the next RD you must turn left in to New Bony St (sign posted "Talbot Rd West St")
Follow this Road till you come to a set of Traffic Lights (get in right hAnd lane as you are turning Right.)
Turn Right You are now Hopefully on the promenade headfing North (with the Irish Sea to your left and tower to your right, please drive carefully as you get trams in the road at one point and there are lots of speed cameras on prom, speed on prom is 30 mph.).
Continue now along the promenade until you come to a roundabout
At roundabout take 1st exit and travel along the Queens promenade passing the following( Savoy hotel, Cliffs hotel, Castle Casino) When you past the latter continue for a quarter of a mile and we are on the right. ( blue sign with gold letters Arundel Hotel) please use our car park (spaces for 8 cars.)
