We are a historic hotel over 100 years old with all modern facilities and close to all attractions. We pride ourselves on being a comfortable budget hotel offering a secure base from which to explore Fife and Edinburgh and especially after starting the day with our traditional Scottish Breakfast. All our rooms are tastefully decorated, are en-suite and have tea and coffee-making facilities and satellite television. We have thirty en-suite rooms and cater for individuals and group bookings. Families with children are welcome. The management team of Peter and Yvonne offer you a Warm Welcome and are dedicated to the aim of making your stay both comfortable and memorable! We have two dining rooms and a public bar. After a full day out exploring the sights of either Edinburgh or around Fife why not enjoy a relaxing drink in our comfortably apportioned bar. Our tastefully decorated rooms are centrally heated and are maintained daily by our dedicated staff.

Directions By Rail: There is a frequent rail service, every 15 minutes, between Inverkeithing and Edinburgh's Waverly Station. The journey is approximately 15 minutes from platform to platform and costs about £3.50 for a day return. By Road: Inverkeithing is served by the M90 which goes directly into Edinburgh via the Forth Road Bridge and then the A90. The Road Bridge operates a toll when travelling North and at present is 80pence. The journey time is about 15mins but is subject to traffic density and time of day.
