Seymour-House is set midway between Keswick town centre and Derwentwater "Queen of the Lakes" in a quiet cul-de-sac we offer a warm and friendly welcome and good comfortable yet affordable accommodation, we serve a traditional English as well as a vegetarian breakfast. Owned and run by Andy Peters who has been proprietor at Seymour-House for 18 years. Christmas is fun at Seymour-House without the hassle or pressure of the normal festivities, we offer three nights accommodation including Breakfast and dinner as well as the full Christmas banquet at £350.00pp for the three nights. We have some views too!

Directions From the A66 roundabout follow signs to Keswick town centre then follow signs to Borrowdale and Lake take the road on the right sighed Heads Road and keep left driving into what looks like a dead end but in fact its a cul-de-sac seymour-house is the last on the left.
