The property, which is a semi-detached bungalow, has recently been fully refurbished, including gas central heating and double-glazing throughout.

The accommodation itself comprises of: Lounge/Dinning area: A modern and comfortable lounge area with colour television, DVD player and stereo system. The lounge also has a dining area to the rear, which provides easy access to the kitchen.
Kitchen: A fully fitted modern kitchen, complete with washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, fridge, along with all the required utensils. The kitchen has views overlooking the garden.
Double bedroom: A average size double bedroom, with pine double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The room also has a radiator.

Picture Brooklands Cottage in Caehopkin, Brecknockshire, Wales At the foot of the Brecon Beacons, Brooklands Cottage is situated in the quite picturesque and rural village of Caehopkin, just outside the small town of Ystradgynlais. The property is 20 miles North of Swansea, Cardiff being just a 45-minute journey, other market towns such as Brecon, Merthyr Tydiff and Neath are all within half hour travelling time.

The valleys of South Wales are full of surprises - dramatic natural beauty, country and wildlife parks, forests, cycle trails, golf courses and a huge range of tourist attractions and beaches.

The property meets the standards awarded by the Welsh Tourist Boards, who regularly visit the property to ensure that standards are being maintained. The Welsh Tourist Board has awarded the property three stars.

Brooklands offers visitors excellent quality accommodation at reasonable rates for up to four people

Directions
The property lies in a rural setting between the villages of Coelbren and Caehopkin at the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. There is a beautiful, picturesque view of the Brecon Beacons. We are situated on the A465 about 1 mile from the A4067 (Swansea to Brecon) and about 18 miles from the M4 (juc 45)
