Nia-Roo Lodge is a beautiful Victorian home nestling in the picturesque village of Fort Augustus in the Highlands of Scotland.
Close to the shores of Loch Ness and the Caladonian Canal, the house is ideally situated in the centre of the Highlands to enable guests to tour the beautiful West Coast of Scotland and the Isle of Skye. Aviemore and glorious Perthshire is also within driving distance for a great day out.
We have eight bedrooms consisting of standard, superior and premier suites. The rooms have been fully refurbished to a high standard, seven of which are en suite.
Prices of rooms reflect the standard of accommodation provided and include a very generous breakfast choice. We also cater for vegetarians.
We have a lovely licensed guest lounge and restaurant which opens in the evenings. There are also good restaurants just a short walk away if you wish to venture out during your stay.
We have parking and youi'll be given your own front door key.
Coming from Inverness, follow the A82 and view Loch Ness and Urquart Castle, and as you enter Fort Augustus, cross the Canal Swing Bridge and we are on the left hand side as you reach the brow of the hill.
Coming from Fort William on the A82, as you enter the village of Fort Augustus, the house is situated on the right hand side. We have our own private Car Park.
