We offer sea views, luxury and four-posters for special occasions, U.S queensized beds, twin, family and single rooms. We have a selection of themed rooms which have a different feel from our standard rooms - choose from 'Hove Actually', 'Brighton', 'New York' or 'Alaskan Dream'!
All rooms are furnished comfortably with our guest's needs in mind. Most have en-suite facilities and a fridge. There are 2 single rooms, which share a bathroom. They all have a colour TV (some with teletext), hospitality tray, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, shoe cleaning kit, bathroom gifts and fluffy towels.

You can choose from a wide ranging breakfast menu in the elegant dining room, from the traditional English breakfast to the vegetarian options, which includes Anna's home made veggie sausage, a must. We also cater for Vegan's, if you let us know of your dietary needs, before arrival.

London Heathrow is a little further away, but is the main UK Airport. So I have selected just a few airlines that are based there apart from the obvious ones.

Brighton Station is at the end of the line but the gateway to a lot of fun. More...
Taxis:
We recommend several local firms, but at the Brighton Station is a Taxi rank to take you to our Hotel.
Buses
Pool Valley is Brighton’s Coach Station and is 5 minutes walk along the sea front past the Sea Life Centre to the New Steine.
Brighton has a fantastic bus network. We provide a bus times for you to research your routes around the town. However from the Brighton Station the Numbers 7 and 27 will take you to the New Steine, our garden Square. You will get off either at the top or the bottom of the square.
Car
You approach Brighton on the A 23 into the town centre. At the Brighton Pier you turn left, not entering the big round about, driving along the coast road A 259 to Newhaven. We are in the first garden square after the pier, 8 small roads along. Turn left into the one way system on the 8th street of the New Steine and you will find Fyfield House on the down side to the sea at number 26.
