The Duncan family welcomes you to their English Lake District guest house,
in Bowness on Windermere which is exclusively for non-smokers.
Open all year round Blenheim Lodge is situated just 5 minutes walk from the shores of Lake Windermere, the pier with its famous Windermere Cruises and the shops and restaurants in Bowness.
Our en-suite rooms overlook Lake Windermere or the National Park. Imagine waking up in the morning to a quiet still world, interrupted only by birdsong and gazing out at beautiful Lake views from the bedroom window. Just 2 minutes' walk down the road is Bowness village, with its hustle and bustle . . . but up here with us, it is so tranquil that the wild deer visit from the woodlands bordering our back garden whenever they feel like it! It's just the best of both worlds!

Nestled against acres of woodlands, Blenheim Lodge is quietly situated at the end of a cul de sac with the National Park ending in our back garden, just 1 minute's walk from our front door. An easy 10-minute walk will take you to the Post Knott and Biskey Howe view points, where you can admire lovely Lakeland views.
