It is situated on the lower coastal road running through Broughty Ferry with Dundee City centre 7km to the west and Carnoustie 14 km to the east. 'The Ferry' as it is locally known has a good selection of shops and restaurants with a beach and walking paths running along the river Tay estuary.

The dining room is situated on the ground floor and is found to be a very warm, bright and spacious room. Chef Darren can offer a continental or full traditional cooked breakfast, any special requirements catered for with prior notice.

Based at the front of the house this is a bright single room with a queen-sized bed for maximum comfort.
This room also boasts a very large en-suite designed by a sea captain hence a large corner bath, toilet, bidet, sink and gold fittings. Soap, shampoo, shower gel, and towels are all supplied.
