Walks over Drummond Hill to Kenmore can be undertaken or shorter walks in the close vicinity.
In 20 minutes one could walk over the swing bridge to the picturesque village of Fortingall, set at the mouth of Glen Lyon, which is renowned for its ancient Yew Tree, Standing Stones and the reputed birth-place of Pontius Pilate.

Kenmore is a pretty village at the end of Loch Tay which includes the well known 18 hole Taymouth Castle Golf course and a 9 hole Caravan Park course. Various water-sports are available on Loch Tay. At Croft-na-Caber a Crannog has been constructed of original materials showing how life was 1000 years ago. Ben Lawers, the country's 2nd highest mountain, with spectacular views over Loch Tay, is a paradise for keen walkers.

Aberfeldy is a delightful unspoilt town with a distillery, water mill and the Birks of Aberfeldy made famous in a poem by Robert Burns. The romantic looking 16th century Castle Menzies, by Weem is well worth a visit.
A single, a double and a twin room are available in the farmhouse at £20 per night per person.
