Lynton is set in a valley 500 feet above its twin village, Lynmouth with
its picturesque harbour where the rivers of East and West Lyn meet the
sea.
Lee House is situated close to the centre of Lynton and the famous
cliff railway that unites Lynton with Lynmouth. This ideal location
enables you to park in our private car park at the rear of Lee House and explore the local area. Spectacular views along the coast path and the Valley of the Rocks with its towering rock formations and are just a short walk away as well as a choice of pubs and restaurants.

All guest rooms are comfortably furnished and have en-suite facilities with colour television, clock radio, hair dryer and a complimentary beverage tray. There is also a public lounge and terrace area at the front of the property where you can relax and enjoy a drink from our residents bar.

To ensure that your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible we offer drying facilities for outdoor clothing and a laundry service. Packed lunches can also be provided when requested at reception the previous evening.
Breakfast is served in the dining room with a choice of English or continental menus with a selection of fresh fruit, juices and cereals available from the breakfast bar. Every effort will be made to meet specific dietary needs
