The annexe overlooks a nicely laid out garden, and is very quiet and peaceful, yet only 2 minutes from the main A12 road, to London and Cambridge. Ideal for a relaxing break.

We are only 10 miles from the coast and 1mile from the historic riverside town of Woodbridge, which nestles at the end of the River Deben. This old market town boasts stunning views across the river with fabulous riverside walks, pubs and restaurants. Whether on business or pleasure this is an idylic setting for a short break or a longer holiday.

This area of Suffolk is ideal for exploring the beautiful coastal resorts of Aldeburgh and Southwold and the exciting East Anglian coastline.
Snape, famous for it's music and opera festival is only 15 minutes drive.
Getting around is easy and if you do not have a car, taxis are cheap and plentiful.
Travel from London by rail is only 1 hour, from Liverpool Street, and Cambridge is only 1 hour by Car or Train.
The local large town, Ipswich, has good and modern shopping, and the City of Norwich (1 hour) boasts some new and exciting Malls.

Directions
Oak House is really easy to reach; Just 1 mile from the main A 12 road, just outside Woodbridge. When you reach Woodbridge, take the bypass and look for a roundabout with the garden centre called Wyvale,take the road past Wyvale, signed to Grindisburgh,carry on until you see a farm shop on the left (1 mile approx). Slow down as we are the next turning on the right, tucked behind the hedge. Take this turning and the entrance is 50 yards on the right.
