Grangeways is a small Bed and Breakfast and Residential Walking Centre in Grange-over-Sands, South Lakeland. It is an ideal location from which to walk and explore this unspoiled and lesser known area of Cumbria as well as the Lakeland fells and the Yorkshire Dales National Park. We offer weekly terms as well as weekend and midweek breaks. We also provide a Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal arrangement. Our competitive rates for our walking breaks include a 3 course Dinner, Bed and Breakfast, Packed Lunch and Guiding services. All meals are home cooked and the emphasis is on traditional home cooking. All rooms are centrally heated and have wash hand basins. Towels and soap are provided. Duvets and sheets are supplied on all beds. There is a separate bathroom and adjacent toilet. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clock radios and a TV. Our rates do not include transport or entrance fees. Our only request is that for the benefit of everyone there is NO SMOKING allowed indoors.

Directions By car - leave the M6 at Junction 36 taking the A590 (signed Kendal). At first exit follow signs to Barrow and at the Meathop roundabout follw the B5277 to Grange-over-Sands turning left at the mini roundabout in Lindale. In Grange bear left at the mini roundabout and continue past the ornamental gardens on your left. You will pass the Tourist Office on your right and just ahead on your left is Barclays Bank where you turn left down a narrow road. Bear right and you will see Morecambe Bay and Grangeways which is located at the end of this cul-de-sac. By Train - Change at Preston or Lancaster for the Barrow line and alight at Grange-over-Sands where we can meet you.
