Balcony house is a small family run guest house providing quality accommodation. Double/Twin room from £30.00pp. Single occupany of double room £40.00 Children welcome Walker and cyclist friendly. Our balcony room has a 4 poster bed and large private bathroom directly opposite the room ( Bathrobes are provided) Our double and twin rooms are en-suite All rooms have TV/DVD. Hospitality tray. Kendal mint cake. We have free guest use of a local hotel pool/gym/spa. Full breakfast is included in you stay. Vegetarian/vegan friendly.

Directions From south. Jcn 36. Follow town centre then A6 Penrith. Follow one way system and at pergeot garage take left off mini roundabout and under rail bridge. We are on right just befor pedestrian lights. From north. Jct 39. On entering kendal we are on left after pedestrian lights.
