To the front of Newton House are the Garden, Terrace and large Car Park. Parking is easy (free to resident guests). The car park can accommodate up to 15 cars (more than required). The car park, garden and public areas of Newton House are monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV, which is recorded and displayed inside the building. The Guest Lounge, Dining Room and front bedrooms, all overlook the Car Park and Garden, so it is a safe area. The Garden is popular with many of our guests for its array of flowers, shrubs, fruits and vegetables, and of course, our Torbay Palm Trees.
