The Walton Hotel is a privately run bed and breakfast hotel located in Edinburgh city centre, which is within the New Town district, a World Heritage Site.
All of our 10 bedrooms have private ensuite shower rooms.
For guests travelling by car, we have our own private, secure car park at the rear of the hotel.
The Walton is a completely non-smoking building.

The Double Deluxe room also has a DVD player and mini-bar along with an en-suite bathroom.

The Walton Hotel provides a varied breakfast menu including a traditional, cooked Scottish Breakfast.
A choice of cereals, fruit salad and continental selection is also available.
We do also offer a Vegetarian breakfast menu.

The Walton Hotel is within the New Town district of Edinburgh, which is a World Heritage Site. We are very central and only a few minutes walk from Princes Street, the main shopping street in the City.
There are many attractions near at hand including Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, Dynamic Earth, the Botanic Gardens and much more. Waverley Railway Station and the bus station are within easy walking distance or a short cab journey.
We are on the 23 & 27 bus routes.
For guests travelling by car, we have private off-street parking.
Only a few minutes from both the East and West ends of Princes Street, the Walton is ideally located for City nightlife, tourist attractions and the central business district as well. You will find many bars clubs and restaurants nearby, catering for all tastes and budgets
