This compact accommodation consists of a double bedded studio with en-suite shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and beamed lounge area with a colour television DVD/CD player. There are lovely views over the moat to the open fields beyond. The studio is entirely self-contained with its own entrance and garden and is detached from the farmhouse. Everything is all on one level and suitable for those with restricted mobility. There are table, chairs and barbeque in the private garden. The kitchen area is equipped with a 4 ring hob, electric kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and a full size oven . Wiston Stores and Tea Room stock basic provisions and is within walking distance. There are many pubs, restaurants and take-aways locally. The studio has a double bed. All electricity, heating, linen, duvets and towels are included.

Directions The cottage is reached from the A283 Washington to Steyning Road. The entrance is on the north side of the A283 just east of the Buncton Crossroads. The cottage is close to the South Downs Way and Chanctonbury Ring. There are many other footpaths in the area including one that runs from the farm to the 12th Century Buncton Chapel and on to the Wiston Tea Rooms and Garden. There is an hourly bus service ( Countryliner Bus No.100 ) that runs to and from Pulborough Station, Storrington and Washington past the farm entrance and on to Steyning, Bramber and Henfield. (2 hourly on Sundays and Bank Holidays)
