Where We Are
Kiddicott Farm is situated to the East of the historic Roman Cathedral City of Exeter, famed for the Exeter Festival and underground passages. Only a few minutes from Junction 30 off the M5 to Westpoint Exhibition Centre, surrounding Business Parks and Exeter Airport.
Dartmoor, our national park is only twenty minutes away, whilst in the opposite direction beaches at Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth can be reached in roughly the same amount of time.
Topsham, set on the idyllic Exe Estuary is a magnet for boating enthusiasts and bird watchers alike. However, make sure you have enough time to browse the designer shops and antiques emporium on the quay.

Our beautiful 5 star holiday cottage will comfortably sleep 8 within three bedrooms. Solid Oak throughout, with a total of three bathrooms and a quintessential English log burner in the large living room. Patio doors leading straight out onto the patio and gardens. Everything you could wish for to make it 'home from home', all linen and bedding is supplied.
Kiddicott Farm is set in 55 acres of glorious East Devon Countryside. Restored to traditional pastures and meadows - deer, badger, fox and many native birds, including resident families of buzzards, sparrow hawk and kestrel delightfully grace us with their presence.
In particular, the elusive heron will often 'stake out' our pond - a paradise in the busy world that we all live in, we defy anyone who visits not to leave Kiddicott Farm feeling restored in their faith of all 'good things' and that the English Countryside truly is a National Treasure. Enjoy!

There is plenty of secure parking. The grocery superstore is only 15 minutes away, fabulous country pubs only 5 minutes drive. Peaceful country walks through our fields straight from the back door!
We are sorry, but the cottage is unsuitable for children under the age of 10 years.
We also offer a mid-week cleaning and bed changing service.
