We are conveniently situated opposite the Devonshire Park and a short walk from theatres, shops and the seafront. The hotel offers ten comfortable ensuite rooms which have been redecorated and refurbished to a very high standard making use of a number of unique themes and imaginative colour schemes. There is also a welcoming residents lounge, a fully licensed bar and a garden for the use of residents. The coastline is designated an area of outstanding beauty and the chalk cliffs of Beachy Head include a walkers route along the cliff tops. Close by are the charming villages of Alfriston, Wilmington & East Dean as well as Drusillas Zoo, Polegate Windmill, Michelham Priory, Pevensey Castle, Newhaven Fort and the resorts of Brighton and Hastings. You only have to look at the weather map to know that if the sun isn't shining in Eastbourne then it's not shining anywhere!!!!

Directions From the seafront proceed down Lascelles Terrace (next to the TWGU building) past the Devonshitre Park Theatre into Hardwick Road then left into Blackwater Road where the hotel is situated on the right hand side opposite the International Lawn Tennis Centre. From the tourist office, proceed along Cornfield Road into Cornfield Terrace and take the first turning right into Blackwater Road where the hotel is situated on the right hand side opposite the International Lawn Tennis Centre. From the railway station, proceed up Gildredge Road and left into South Street then immediately right into Spencer Street and left into Blackwater Road where the hotel is situated on the left hand side opposite the International Lawn Tennis Centre.
