We are a 4 Star B&B All en suite rooms £35 for a en suite double room for 1 with full Breakfast £55 for two please look at our web site we are nr Leeds Castle and Maidstone Town lots to see and do this room has a double and a singel with en suite we have very large car park and storage

Directions M 20 Turn off on junction 8 for Leeds Castle, travel past the front of Leeds Castle gate’s and keep on till you come to the end of this road. Turn left , and carry on until the small cross roads, turn right into Warm lake Rd. We are in this road, but it will change it’s name when you go though Chart Sutton to Back lane. You will see a car park on your left, which is the Lower Bell Riding School, we are the house adjoining .
