Our bed and breakfast accommodation consists of only one bedroom, situated in our cottage annexe, and it has a kingsize bed with views overlooking the garden and the thatched cottage next door. Our cottage is situated in a small, picturesque village in a rural location not far from Oakham, Rutland We are pleased to offer our guests a good service, and like to ensure they are made to feel very welcome. Breakfast can be Continental or cooked, a "Full English" being our speciality. We hve two pubs in the village. The Blue Ball is pictured and there is also The Old Plough. Both serve food to an excellent standard and are highly recomended.

Directions From Oakham On entering village follow road until you come to the Garage (old petrol station) on your right. Cedar St. is on your left. Follow this same road and as it winds right, you need to turn left into Ratts Lane. Ratts Lane is between a bungalow slightly set up from the road and Snowdrop cottage. The lane turns sharp left and our drive is now a few yards in front of you. We have a gravel drive and you can only see the garage, which is on the end of the cottage. On the right side of the garage is the number 3. Please park in our drive. From Tilton-on-the-Hill and Knossington Come into the village and when the road turns left you will take a sharp right into Ratts Lane. Ratts Lane is between a bungalow slightly set up from the road and Snowdrop cottage. Please follow instructions as above. If arriving at night, our lane is not lit but we do have a street lamp at the end of our drive.
