Location and Local Facilities: The building itself occupies a picturesque setting, nestling at the foot of Deerstone Moor and between the two Coldwell Reservoirs, one of which is a nature reserve.
The Centre is surrounded by farmland with breathtaking views across the reservoir yet is only 3 miles from the M65 motorway.
Situated on the Pendle Way and close to the Brontė and Pennine Ways, Coldwell is a haven for walkers, ramblers, artists and groups wanting to get away from it all.
No visit to Coldwell is complete without a visit to Hardcastle Crags in the beautiful Thursden Valley, only a ten-minute drive from the Centre.
