Jason & Caron welcome you to the Atlanta Guest House is located on the sea front, just east of the pier and central for all the local attractions and amenities. Our guest house is licensed and offers large sea view rooms and family rooms. We also have twins, standard double and singles. All rooms are en-suite and non smoking. Breakfast is served in the sea facing dining room. We offer a traditional full english and also a wide selection of alternatives. We accept children of all ages. We offer a 10% discount for O.A.Ps and students. Any seventh night is free, excluding August. All the rooms have colour T.V and a refreshments tray. Irons, ironing board and hair dryers can be borrowed from reception. We have a large en-suite king size sea view room available with additional facilities such as a fridge, VCR and large seating area.

Directions The main route from London is the A22, otherwise an alternative route from the M25 is the M23 / A23 and then onto the A27 (the Brighton by-pass). National Express coaches operate from London Victoria Coach station, with a journey time of 2 1/2 hours.
