There are 6 guest bedrooms, 5 double rooms each with king-size bed and one twin room. All have en-suite facilities ( with shower or bath and shower, toilet and hand basin), central heating, colour TV, clock/radio, hospitality tray, tissues cotton balls and hairdryer. Most rooms have views on the mountains and garden. Whether you want to read a book, write post cards to friends or play a game of chess, our cosy guest lounge is ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.All our rooms, guest lounge and dining room are on the ground floor and easily accessible for people with mobility difficulties.

Start the day with breakfast in our bright and sunny conservatory which has views on the garden's fruit trees and surrounding mountains. If you are lucky, some mornings you can spot deer peeking between the conifers. We offer a traditional cooked breakfast with local Scottish specialities, or if you prefer something lighter choose from a wided selection of cereals, yoghurt with fresh fruit, home made brown bread, cheeses, cold meats etc. Vegetarian options are available.
