The Marquis of Granby is a family-run country Inn and Hotel located in the rural village of Wellingore, Lincolnshire, England. With close links to the City of Lincoln, and the towns of Newark, Grantham and Sleaford, we are in an ideal location for both visitors to the area, and local inhabitants alike.
Our establishment boasts superb accommodation with modern en-suite facilities, a restaurant that seats 40, a spacious bar, and lounge area. Our restaurant serves a variety of dishes including home-cooked meals, traditional Sunday lunches, and bar meals.

We are a family-run country inn and hotel in the heart of rural Lincolnshire, located in the picturesque village of Wellingore.
Wellingore, and its neighbouring village of Navenby sit on the Lincolnshire limestone ridge, which overlooks the trent valley basin.
From areas of Wellingore and Navenby, you can see as far Newark to the West, and the cathedral at Lincoln to the North.
We are located on the corner of the central village green, in the middle of the main village of Wellingore itself. We are a traditional country Inn, serving traditional ales, continental largers, as well as fine wines and spirits.
We have a 40 seater restaurant available, which serves a variety of meals, or alternatively you may relax in the bar with a light bar snack. Our country inn hotel provides quality accomodation at an affordable price, with all of the benefits that the bar and restaurant in the main public house provide too.

The more adventerous visitors explore the historic county of Lincolnshire whilst on their travels with us, including its Cathedrals and Churchs, Air force bases and visitor centres, the Lincolnshire wolds, or its quaint market towns and coastal resorts.
With excellent transport links to the City of Lincoln, and the towns of Newark, Grantham and Sleaford, we are in an ideal location for both visitors to the area, and local inhabitants alike. We are also only approximately one hours drive from the coastal town of Skegness.
