The Old Store was once the village bakery and shop, and stands on the edge of the Goodwood Estate, just 3 miles from Chichester and convenient for Arundel, Petworth and the South Downs. We have seven comfortable bedrooms, a car park and a garden for guests.

Enjoy being pampered in our comfortable, tastefully furnished bedrooms, all with TV, tea and coffee trays, radio alarm clocks and en-suite shower rooms. Then start your day with a scrumptious breakfast, freshly prepared with local produce where available and home-made preserves, in our pretty breakfast room, which was once the village shop. Relax and enjoy afternoon tea in our beautiful garden. Our house is recommended in The Good Hotel Guide and was featured in the Escape! supplement of The Observer newspaper, 16 October 2005.

Our visitors often express surprise at the range and diversity of visitor attractions in our area, and the beauty of the Downs, the harbour villages and the sea. "There is so much to do - next time, we will stay for longer!" is a comment we frequently hear. Walkers and cyclists are welcome and will find footpaths and bridleways to explore, along with quiet country lanes.
