Sarah and Trevor Payne welcome you to our traditional Cornish cottage situated on the edge of the pretty historical market town of Helston, where we provide quality accommodation combined with a personal, warm and friendly service. We enjoy making our guests feel welcome and at home.
There are 3 bedrooms with en suite facilities and a further 3 standard bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV, hairdryer, Tea/Coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock and telephone.
On arrival, guests are provided with their own door key to give ease of access and independence.

We find that Helston makes an ideal base for touring West Cornwall and the Lizard Peninsula.
Whether by car, on foot or using the excellent network of public transport, the town beaches and breathtaking scenery of Falmouth, Penzance, St Ives and the Helford River are all nearby.
Local attractions, including Flambards Triple Theme Park, the National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station are just minutes away. The South West Coastal Footpath is easily accessible and the area is popular with cyclists. Golf, tennis and horse riding are all available locally. All this and beautiful unspoilt beaches!
