It is conveniently situated for the city centre, bus and train stations (all within 1 mile), the University of Wales Swansea (1 mile) and Mumbles, Gateway to the Gower (4 miles). Directions to the Grosvenor House from the M4 motorway:

Leave the M4 at Junction 42, Swansea exit. Follow the dual carriageway, Fabian Way A483, without turning off, into Swansea. As you enter the city, you will pass a large Sainsbury supermarket on the left. Keep going ahead through the Sainsbury traffic lights and through 3 more sets of lights, passing a multi-storey car park on your right, and passing under a pedestrian footbridge and through yet another small set of lights, after which the road will widen to 4 lanes (and you will see a Tesco store on your right). Take the 3rd lane, which is a right turn only lane for the next set of lights.

Turn right at these lights into West Way and follow this road straight ahead through 2 more sets of lights to a roundabout.

Take the first exit off the roundabout into St Helen's Road. Follow St Helen's Road to the next set of proper traffic lights (not pedestrian lights - there are a few!

Turn right at the lights into Bryn-y-Mor Road (you will see a fish and chip shop on the corner) and follow this road up the hill to a junction where you have to give way.

Cross over the main road into the road opposite, which is Mirador Crescent. The Grosvenor House is situated approximately 75 yards up Mirador Crescent on the left.

Leave the M4 at Junction 47, Swansea Exit.

At the roundabout take the right exit A483 towards Swansea. Follow the A483 for approx. 2 miles, taking the first exit left at the small roundabout. Go straight on at the next set of lights, passing a large Tesco Express store on your right, and Walkers factory on your left. Continue through another three smaller sets of lights until you come to a major set of traffic lights not long after passing a petrol station situated on your left. The road splits into 3 lanes at these lights, so you need to get into the third lane in order to turn right onto the A4216 - signposted to the Gower and Sketty.

Follow the A4216 passing through 2 sets of lights then straight over 2 mini roundabouts which are very close together. The road then bends sharply to the left, flattens out, then heads downhill. Follow the road to the bottom of the hill to the junction, where you have to stop and give way to the traffic coming from the right.

Turn left at the junction, joining the main flow of traffic, onto the A4118, Uplands Crescent.

Pass straight through the traffic lights and take the second turning left into Mirador Crescent.

The Grosvenor House is situated approx. 75 yards up Mirador Crescent, on the left.
