Excellent location for ramblers, with many walks starting from the front door, cyclists with over night storage, hardened extremists or for those seeking a relaxed get away. Built of Lakeland stone in Victorian times Lyndale offers comfortable, spacious bed & breakfast accommodation to suit families, groups, friends, couples, individuals and pets. Lyndale Guest House - The Bedrooms We have six guest bedrooms available, two double en-suite rooms, two family en-suite rooms (one with a double and two single beds which can also be used as a en-suite triple and one room with a double and a single bed which can also be used as a twin en-suite room) We also have two single rooms with their own private bathrooms just down the hall. Put up beds and cots are available on request. Facilities available at Lyndale Guest House Full English breakfast is included. Directions Location Map & Directions By Car Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 36 and turn left onto the A591 towards Windermere. After approximately 5 miles you will come to a roundabout where you need to carry straight on, heading towards Windermere. After 10 miles you will come to a mini-roundabout where you again need to carry straight on heading towards Ambleside. After another 5 miles you will reach a set of traffic lights. Carry straight on and after approximately half a mile you will find Lyndale Guest House on the right hand side of the road, opposite Hayes Garden World. Free overnight parking available 6pm to 9am at Lowfold pay & display car park 100 yards from Lyndale Guest House. By Public Transport If you are travelling by train, from Windermere Railway Station you can catch the '555' bus to Keswick - drop off point just past Hayes Garden World.
