Chris & Pete give you a warm welcome at this 18th century farmhouse peacefully set on the edge of the New Forest National Park. The beautiful garden is a bird watcher's paradise! Log fires, a raised decked platform and a heated patio Barbeque area make garden relaxing a pleasure !! Take a walk straight from the garden into the New Forest, go horse riding next door at the stables, hire a cycle locally, catch the ferry to the City with its Shops, Exhibitions, Docks or take the car or open topped tour bus to explore the New Forest, local towns and villages. Enjoy a world famous New Forest breakfast in the country style dining room. All produce locally supplied - fresh eggs from Paul's hens and dry cured bacon from Steve's butchers. Prefer fish ? - try Pete's homemade Kedgeree. Vegetarian - No problem !! - tasty treats to set you up for the day's activities. Comfort is our motto in the bedrooms with excellent beds for a restful night's sleep. All kept in pristine order - with refreshments, TVs, fluffy towels and plump pillows in all rooms - ensuite rooms for families, couples, friends or singles. No traffic noise - just the tuneful notes of bird song to wake up to!!

Directions To reach us - take the M3 until you see signs for the M27 West, turn onto M27 – leave the M27 at junction 2 and follow the A326 for approximately 7 miles across 5 roundabouts - at the fifth roundabout marked Dibden Roundabout go straight across (not to Dibden as we are on the outside of the village) - and take the first turning on your right just past the roundabout into Manor Road, follow this lane (unmade in parts) for approximately 250 yds past the fields and turn right into a long tarmac drive. At the end of the drive in front of our neighbour’s Riding Stables please turn left and sharp right at the hay barn and follow the track down to our car park and entrance.
