Elegant Victorian town house close to City Centre with 2 guest rooms - Rose and Daisy - both en-suite with Sky TV, hospitality tray, iron and board. No 40 is a no-smoking establishment and unfortunately we cannot accept pets or working animals. Private off-street parking is available.

'Rose' is a luxurious large superking en-suite bedroom. The superking bed can be separated into 2 full size single beds and a double settee can extend to a double bed. The en-suite includes shower, toilet and hand-basin.
'Daisy' is a cosy double en-suite room. Also included in the en-suite is shower, toilet and handbasin.

Breakfast is served in the dining room where the table is set with fine wedgewood. You can choose your breakfast from the wide range of options on the menu and it is freshly cooked for you at a time to suit us both.
